KLCC @ PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS

The 2nd tallest building made of steel and glassis a sight to behold. A skybridge connecting the 2 towers on the 42nd floor is open to visitor’s everyday of the week to take in a breataking vew of KL City. Suria KLCC is conveniently located in the building and has a wide variety of shops and boutiques. From branded international labels like Gucci to hand craft shop and a little booths selling knick knacks, it is a shopping haven for the old and young. Dress up for the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas where many events are show cased featuring musicians from all over the world including the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. Also do visit the Aquaria KLCC to see a display of 5,000 marine animals and aquatic exhibits of more than 150 rare species.  Getting there:

 

LAKE TITIWANGSA PARK

The Eye On Malaysia is the world’s largest portable observation wheel is and soars 60 meters above the waters of the lake and offers a spectacular view of KL for first time tourist on a 12

GENTING HIGHLANDS

A 45 minute ride from the city, it is cool and fun retreat for the entire family. Called the City of Entertainment, it has a family-oriented  indoor and outdoor theme park, international shows, a golf course and also concerts by  international stars like Cliff Richard from time to time.
